CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) is a logical and straightforward therapy that can support clients with stress, anxiety, anger and low mood.


CBT focuses on both the client’s cognitions (thoughts) and the client’s behaviours.


The therapy helps the client understand what thoughts are affecting their mood and behaviour. It also looks at how the client behaves in certain situations and how that can affect their mood or maintain a particular problem.
